Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary.
If you need to cancel your scheduled salon appointment, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your schedule hair appointment.
Clients who cancel within the 48-hour cancellation notice period or “no-show” appointments may be asked to prepay future services.
Our cancellation policy allows our staff to inform our walk-in and stand by guests of any availability.

Late Arrivals
We ask that you notify our staff in the event that you will be late for your scheduled appointment.
In the event where you will be more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we do reserve the right to reschedule your hair services for a later time or date.
Beginning an appointment later than the originally scheduled time results in necessary schedule adjustments for clients scheduled throughout the rest of the business day.

Children Policy
We do love the little ones.. however, we do ask that you have consideration for our staff who are working to provide the best service possible and our other guests who are enjoying their “me time” in the salon.
